TRIALS

For each service whether it be for a bride or any other special occasion, it is preferable  to have a 'trial' first

(Please note that a trial is also recommended for hair)

ONCE A BOOKING FOR A TRIAL HAS BEEN MADE,  A DEPOSIT MUST BE RECEIVED IN ADVANCE.

(A booking fee of £20.00  per person is payable by cheque or cash to secure the trial date. This is non-refundable in the event of any cancellation. The balance is due on the day of the trial.

WHAT IS A TRIAL FOR AND WHY DO I NEED ONE?

The trial serves many purposes. It allows me to get an idea of your personality, so that I can recommend a look if you  don't already have one in mind. It allows you to tell me of features you would like to draw attention to or distract from and it allows me to go through the look with you until you find one you are happy with.

At each trial, I make a note of all the products used and take a digital photo of you before and after so that we have a record of the look you have decided on. (Please note that photographs taken may be used on my website)

HOW LONG DOES EACH TRIAL LAST?

Each 'trial' lasts around 2 hours and is non- refundable. If you are pleased with the look, you will be required to leave a deposit of 50% in order to make a firm booking which guarantees my services on your special day. This  will then be deducted from your final bill.

WHAT ABOUT OTHER MEMBERS OF A GROUP BOOKING?

If there are more than one of you having a  trial, please add at least an extra hour for each person.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT THE LOOK I WANT?

You can have as many trials as you want, however appointments lasting over 2 hours may  incur extra charges. Please remember that you are charged per trial.

WHAT ABOUT ON THE DAY/EVENING ITSELF? WHAT IF I CRY?!

Don't worry! On the day/evening of your wedding/special event, I will stay with you until you are ready... or as agreed. If you require me to stay to do any touch ups for photo's etc, you will be charged by the additional hour.
